I’m an AuDHD therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals and using EMDR to support adults in processing trauma. I work with children navigating anxiety and big emotions, teens exploring their identity and preparing for adulthood, and adults who may be exploring or processing a late in life neurodivergent diagnosis and want to better understand themselves.
