With 28 years of experience in Art Psychotherapy, I offer many tools to clients that are useful long after therapy has ended. My approach is eclectic and relational, meeting you where you are, and helping you develop a path to achieve your goals. I specialize in women's issues, trauma processing, particularly with motivated adults.

Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) methods are a fantastic treatment option for anyone, particularly those who may have experienced a less significant shift in previous therapy experiences. CRM provides a language to work with the central nervous system and limbic system, healing old attachment disruptions in a safe and gentle way.

I offer Art Therapy & CRM in a supportive and creative environment. In June of 2003 I founded Art Therapy Austin. I created a permanent home in fall 2011: a beautiful 1000 sf studio space. Art Therapy Austin now shares the space with Lydia Street Gallery, which I opened in January 2021, with 6-7 exhibitions throughout the year.
