With 23 years of experience in Art Psychotherapy, I offer many tools to clients that are useful long after therapy has ended. My approach is eclectic and relational, meeting you where you are in life, and helping you develop a path to achieve your goals. Learn how to tap into your intuition, combining cutting edge CRM (Comprehensive Resource Model) and art making as your guide, and witness the changes you seek. Change your world and the world changes with you! Board Certified Registered Art Therapist (ATR-BC), Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor (LPC-S).
Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) methods are a fantastic treatment option for anyone, particularly those who may have experienced a less significant shift in previous therapy experiences. CRM provides a language to work with the central nervous system and limbic system, healing old attachment disruptions in a safe and gentle way.
I offer Art Therapy, CRM, EMDR therapy, EFT and talk therapies in a supportive and creative environment. In June of 2003 I founded Art Therapy Austin, and in the fall of 2011, I created a permanent home in the East End iBiz District: a beautiful 1000 sf studio space.

ART THERAPY SUPERVISION

Deanna is currently offering individual supervision for Art Therapy LPC-I's and LPC-I's who are working toward their LPC license. LPC-I's who do not have art therapy training should have personal artistic experience and a strong desire to incorporate art making into their work with clients. Supervisees will be accepted on a case by case basis. Cost: $80/hour If there is enough interest, a supervision group may be formed as well.
