Life can feel heavy, and you don’t have to carry it alone. I work with children (6+), teens, and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll listen closely, treat you as an equal, and help you feel truly heard. Together we’ll build practical tools for home, school, and work. If faith is important, I can integrate it into therapy to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered to heal.
I help children, teens, and adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stress. Using CBT, talk therapy, play therapy, and motivational interviewing, I create a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. I can also integrate faith and support recovery, grief, and family challenges with compassion and care.
I offer caring, in-school and group support to help students build confidence and resilience. I also support those facing addiction and recovery. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and equipped to face life’s challenges.
