I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and that by working together we can help you move toward your goals. Your job is to be curious about yourself. Mine is to guide and support you in exploring the unknown, uncomfortable, and unfamiliar. I strive to kindly challenge the way people think, and to be challenged myself. My goal is to help you heal by building upon respect, honesty, and connection.
I approach counseling from an experiential and existential perspective, and integrate attachment, feminist, and narrative therapies. I see individuals, couples, polycules, and adult families. I greatly enjoy working with self-curious people of all types, LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous clients, neurodiverse clients, and people with chronic illness.
I once had a colleague describe me a slightly off-color Mr. Rogers. I take that as a high compliment. I find joy in helping clients explore and heal, no matter what journey you find yourself on! I look forward to connecting with you, and we can decide together whether we're a good fit.

My rate is $205 for a 50 minute session. I prorate the fee if my clients need longer or shorter sessions. I often start working with couples in 80 minute sessions, as these are often more effective early in therapy. We can adjust the frequency of our sessions as need be.
