I specialize in helping adults and couples understand and heal the impact of trauma. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and capable, yet feel overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in relationship patterns that don’t make sense. As both a certified trauma therapist and a relationship therapist, I understand how an event or series of events can impact every facet of your life. My work integrates Trauma-Focused CBT, Structural Family Therapy, and somatic approaches, addressing the thoughts connected to your experiences and how those experiences are held in the body.
