Recovering from past abuse, trauma, neglect or anything less than an ideal situation can be challenging, lonely and painful. I offer a path to work through these issues with insight and understanding. I also enjoy working with those interested in personal goal setting to improve and build on what they already have.
Before being licensed in 2017, I logged 10 years experience in personal development and Christian counseling. Wanting to couple that with horses, in 2011 I became certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through the EAGALA Organization. I specialize in abuse recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression and grief.
I can meet people in office for face to face time or in the outdoors surrounded by beautiful mountain views with counseling partners who are kind, gentle giants.
