I’m Deanna. I help ambitious, self-aware young adults move beyond talk therapy to reconnect with their authentic, embodied selves. Through EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts work, we process stuck points, release anxiety, and transform old patterns to help you respond to life with confidence and authenticity.
