I work with couples who want to improve their relationship, as well as with individual issues, such as anxiety, depression, and lack of goals and energy. Change for the better can happen sooner than you may think. I am a seasoned therapist with many years of experience. I help clients find the words to express what they want to say clearly and peacefully.
My specialties include couples' communication, parenting adult children, issues of self esteem, shame, and shyness. I also deal with anxiety, work frustrations, and grief and loss. We work on life problems in a caring, warm atmosphere.
I work with stress reduction techniques that can be applied at home. Therapy is also a good place to express and sort out feelings in order to get clear on what is really going on in your life. I give directives for change to my clients who desire directives.
