It is a privilege to walk alongside children as they navigate through the different challenges of life. I work with children from 2 years up to 9 years who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief. I also work with those needing help with executive function challenges, self-esteem, and social skills. My goal is to offer a safe and supportive environment where children can use toys and creative play to explore their emotions and process their experiences.
Play therapy can facilitate healing and growth in a different way. Play enables children to communicate and process their lives in ways that words alone cannot achieve. It is through the use of toys that allows children to express problems, find solutions, and work through whatever is needed.
I am here to be in your corner. I am here to help your children process through their thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences. I am also here to help you as the parent. Parenting is not easy, and it is ok to need a little bit of extra help in life.
