I passionate about helping clients find a greater sense of ease when managing life stressors and a greater sense of overall fulfilment in life. I have extensive training in anxiety management, mindfulness and breathwork, integrative health, and parenting.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider. I utilize a variety of modalities to provide individual and couples therapy. I specialize in anxiety, depression, parenting, life transitions, anger management, and grief. I provide tele-therapy, walk+talk therapy, and in-person.
