I'm available to clients in GA (in person/telehealth) as well as KY (telehealth).
As a counselor who values empowerment, trauma-informed healing and overall mental wellness, I find that working with clients who have experienced trauma, abuse, and post-partum depression can feel transformational. Most of my training and focus is with trauma informed care, especially when working with those who identify with victimization and/or survivorship. I truly believe that I learn something new about the world and myself with every human that I work with. I hope to learn from you and honorably witness your healing experience through therapy.
I offer individual and family sessions. I work from a person centered approach where you come first whether you are an individual client or a unit such as a family. Techniques utilized with clients are emotion focused and cognitive behavioral while also allowing individuality to guide the session.
This therapy journey can feel really daunting at times. Or maybe you’re eager and ready to go! Anything you’re feeling is normal, seriously. If you are looking for therapist who honors where you are on your healing journey and can make sure we squeeze in some laughs, I’d love to see you in my office!
