I have had the dream of becoming a therapist since I was in high school and I am grateful to be living that dream. My counseling approach involves genuineness, fostering self-compassion and instilling empowerment for those I work with. Treating eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns is a passion of mine. In addition, I have extensive experience with teens, college students, trauma, self-harm, anxiety, and depression. I am HAES-aligned, LGBTQIA+ and neuro affirming and strive to help all humans feel safe. I have a special interest in first responders and chronic pain.
