I’ve spent over 30 years helping people of all ages work through life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, grief, family struggles, or past trauma. Lately, I’ve become especially passionate about supporting those in high stress, helping professionals who carry a lot of emotional weight from their work. My goal is to offer a safe, down-to-earth space where clients feel understood, supported, and ready to move forward. My approach to therapy is grounded, flexible, and deeply client-centered.
I work with clients across the lifespan, but I have a special passion for supporting middle and high school students, young adults in their twenties, older adults, and those in helping professions who often carry the emotional weight of others. I’ve also worked with many children and teens navigating the emotional complexities of divorce and family change.
My communication style is laid-back, warm, and approachable. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and free to express themselves without judgment. I don’t rush the process—I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and allow room for silence when it’s needed.
