I’m a client-centered therapist who wants to help you build a positive self-image, better relationships, and tools needed to help you navigate the complexities of life. I utilize a holistic approach, helping you better understand your thoughts and behaviors, and commit to making powerful changes in your life.
I utilize a variety of clinical modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Humanistic/Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients identify patterns, set meaningful goals, and develop healthy coping strategies.
I am committed to creating a safe, culturally respective, affirming, supportive, and effective therapeutic space for every client I work with. Together we can work on coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and boundary setting among other techniques that can bring you a sense of peace within yourself and with others.
