I love working with folks experiencing relationship problems, gender identity issues, problems with sex and intimacy, and all of the emotions and thoughts that come with those challenges. I have a solid background working with individuals living with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, and trauma. I want to help clients learn to accept their thoughts and emotions for what they are and learning to respond in a way that is more comfortable and progressive. I want my clients to experience living fully and learn to create a balanced lifestyle. Most of all, I want to help them find and fulfill their purpose.
Therapy has gained a stigma in the past due to the negative connotations that come with mental illness. My goal is to sit with you in your pain and discomfort and offer my observations and help you gain insight.
As a bisexual queer woman, I'm a real person who has real life experience. I have sat with my own pain and I often use self-disclosure as a way to build a connection with my clients.
