This virtual, closed support group for adult children who are estranged from a parent/caregiver offers a supportive and affirming space where members will be empowered to share their experience with estrangement and parental abuse/trauma. We will sit with folks as they process things like abuse (physical, emotional, sexual, narcissistic and beyond) and exploitation, and explore a variety of related topics such as support systems, coping, post traumatic guilt, self worth and compassion, trust and grief.

This closed, VIRTUAL group offers a space for folks grieving all types of losses: partners, parents, siblings, friends, children and more. The space offers a place for you to explore your grief with other grievers. Each group is vastly unique. We cover topics including navigating other relationships after loss, coping with isolation, navigating anger, finding coping skills, relearning what "normal" is after life changing loss, difference/ similarities in feelings around sudden vs. expected loss, navigating trauma before the loss, hospice experiences, handling logistics after loss (finances, planning, legal issues) to name a few.
