I have been a therapist for 30 plus years; thus I bring long and varied experience. One thing I have learned over the years is unfailing compassion. My skills and techniques continue to grow as research in the profession creates an evolving body of knowledge. I am a certified hypnotherapist, and I am skilled in guided imagery.
I am also trained in managed care alternatives for short-term work with present problems, ranging from goal setting to anxiety and panic attacks that hinder your functioning.
