I strongly believe in the power of human connection and in being present for my clients. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing (Trauma Healing technique) which integrates mindfullness, gentle pacing and natural ability to heal with the belief that 'the body remembers." I have extensive experience in working with adolescents and families, as well as children and adults with complex trauma histories.
Additionally, I work with many couples. The issues brought up vary from communication problems to infidelity and beyond. I believe that the survival of the relationship strongly depends on the quality of the emotional connection between the partners which in turn helps to achieve contentment in the relationship.
