It can be very difficult to admit you may need help. I specialize in helping people who struggle with addiction, trauma, and depression. I work with people to help them improve their self-confidence and self-esteem which may be a result of these unwanted behaviors. Whether you are looking to regain stability in your life or do not even know what stability looks like, we can help navigate that together. I believe that everyone is capable of change. My job is not to change you but to guide you to change yourself. You are the expert on yourself not me. This is why I believe that therapy must be a collaborative experience.
I have been told by my clients that I am empathetic, nonjudgmental, and funny. I feel that my personality has allowed me to create an environment where my clients feel safe to open up with me. I like to think that I have the right balance of challenging my clients through my use of warmth and humor.
