I am Deanna Campbell, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 3 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping adults process major life changes and unresolved trauma to live a more fulfilled life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, anger, and learning effective communication strategies. I have experience working with all adults, particularly many over the age of fifty who are transitioning into a new phase of life. I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
Having had to overcome trauma at an early age, I was inspired to pursue a career focused on helping others with trauma and grief. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy (PCT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT).
I am dedicated to assisting you in improving your relationships, teaching new strategies to cope with life's stressors, and supporting you in goal attainment so you can reach your fullest potential.
