Over the past decade I have served adolescents and adults who presented with symptoms of mental illness and substance abuse. I utilize therapeutic approaches such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT and Motivational Interviewing to assist each individual with developing self-awareness.
