My goal is to help you feel more grounded, balanced and connected to yourself and others.
I have over 15 years providing services to individuals and families who are struggling with life challenges, trauma or mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. My experience involves working primarily with adults and older teens. I am trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and pain management.
I provide a holistic treatment approach to enhance wellness in all areas of one's life focusing on the strengths and capabilities of the person. My treatment approach is person-centered and interventions are tailored to best fit you. We all have the capability to heal and overcome adversity. I would be honored to assist you on your journey.
