I have almost 20 years of experience providing services to individuals and families who are struggling with life challenges, trauma or mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. My experience involves working primarily with adults and older teens. I am trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and pain management.
I provide a holistic treatment approach to enhance wellness in all areas of one's life focusing on the strengths and capabilities of the person.
