I believe in the value and benefits of coaching, and I am committed to providing you with a transformative and fulfilling experience. I also offer Access Bars (AB).

AB is a holistic healing modality that falls under the umbrella of energy healing. AB involves gently touching 32 points on the head, which are believed to correspond to different aspects of life, such as healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sexuality, and more.

8 hour group for people who have been mandated or for people who feel they need a better understanding of their anger issues. $175 per person.
