Oftentimes we compare our circumstances with others and dismiss what we are experiencing. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe talking about things that may be challenging. I work with preteens, teens, and adults in all stages of life and provide couples counseling, too. I look forward to working with you to find your peace from within.
