We are taking new clients in MN & SD! Hi, my name is Deann, therapist and owner of Integrative Therapy Solutions. I have been practicing in the mental health field for over 30 years. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who serves children and adults. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I also have expertise as an Anxiety Treatment Professional and holistic health . I have roots in attachment and family system theories, and believe relationship is key; but am also very solution focused in my practice. Kemma Wing and Kathleen Raml also see clients in my practice both in person and telehealth!
I am trained in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) as well as trauma therapies such as EMDR and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) just to name a few. I believe in overall wellness and take a holistic approach to therapy with an emphasis on integrating services. I also offer clinical supervision for those seeking licensure and consultation services.
I have a registered therapy dog, Petey, who works with me in my practice. He is cavapoo and is registered with Pet Partners. He is available to provide comfort and support. Kathleen Raml provides CBT, TF-CBT, Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy & DBT via telehealth. Kemma Wing offers CBT, client-centered approach & birth-5 services in the Alexandria office!

Groups
Clinical Group Supervision
I am currently accepting supervisees for online individual and clinical group supervision for LICSW/LPCC track licensure candidates. Dates/times can be flexible to group member's schedules. Groups capped at 5 participants to ensure compliance for the LICSW supervision requirements. Fee is $50 per session; credit card on file required. Call 320-634-6434 to enroll. If in the Alexandria area, in person is an option. This group will have some general case consultation time but will also cover important clinical topics such as diagnosing, writing diagnostic assessments, creating effective treatment plans, ethics and concurrent and collaborative documenting.
