The choice to seek out additional help in ones life is not an easy decision so we commend you on wanting to improve some aspect of your life through the counseling process. Life can present many complicated moments, such as conflict with a partner, the onset of depression, or a sudden life shift. We provide mental health counseling services to individuals, couples & families in our office in the Orlando area of FL & work together to create a individualized plan of action based upon your personal history, current support systems, & available resources. We now offer virtual web based services for all of Florida for your convenience.
I bring into my services a mixture of personal & professional experience in dealing with mood issues, relationship conflict, sexuality concerns & spiritual issues. I embrace individuals of various backgrounds & lifestyles & strive to create an accepting environment for my clients as they work to achieve a higher level of life satisfaction & happiness.
The goal of counseling is to improve YOUR life & if we can help you achieve this with one of our counselors then you are on a positive path towards a healthier and happier you. Anger Managment
Live Life Counseling and Consulting, LLC facilitates an Anger Management psychoeducation group twice a year to address personal expression, communication skills, triggers, impulse control and how to deal with one's anger and aggression in a healthy constructive manner. This group is a 6 week group and it is conducted on an as needed basis. Please contact DeAne for additional information or to sign up.
Self - Esteem Group
Live Life Counseling and Consulting, LLC facilitates Self-Esteem Groups to address empowerment, positive choices, confidence levels, communication skills, and of course Self-Esteem. This group is a 6 week psychoeducational group and is conducted on an as needed basis both in the AM and PM. Group is conducted about once or twice a year. Grief & Loss
Workshop & Group focused on the various types of grief people experience in life such as the loss of a relationship, financial stability, or food choices. Conducted 2 times a year.
