The choice to seek out additional help in one’s life can be such an overwhelming and anxiety-provoking decision so I do commend you on wanting to improve some aspect of your life through the counseling process. I am grateful that I have been able to support my clients through many complicated life moments, such as intense misalignments / conflicts with a partner or partners, the onset of depression, or a sudden life shift. I exclusively provide virtual mental health counseling services and will work together with you to create an individualized plan of action based upon your personal history, current support systems, & resources.
I bring into my services a mixture of personal & professional experience in dealing with mood issues, relationship conflict, sexuality concerns & spiritual issues. I embrace individuals of various backgrounds & lifestyles & strive to create an accepting environment for my clients as they work to achieve a higher level of life satisfaction & happiness.
The goal of counseling is to improve your life & if I can help you achieve this then you are on a positive path towards a healthier and happier you.
