Groups
Emotion Detectives: A Parent-Child Play Therapy
Emotion Detectives is an experiential parent-child play therapy group designed to strengthen emotional awareness, communication, emotional regulation, and parent-child connection through storytelling, therapeutic play, caregiver coaching, and family engagement activities. Children and caregivers work together as "Emotion Detective Teams," solving weekly emotional mysteries while learning practical skills for understanding feelings, managing difficult emotions, improving communication, and strengthening family relationships. The group is designed to serve children experiencing emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, anxiety, frustration tolerance difficulties, social challenges, and family communication concerns. While these concerns may be highlighted in marketing materials, participation is not limited to any specific diagnosis.
