Offering over 35 years of quality counseling experience, I help couples and adults find better connections in their relationships. I work with couples to repair broken bonds, recover from affairs and infidelity, rekindle passion, and re-establish open, safe communication. Ending long patterns of repetitive conflict can be done with the right level of commitment and quality couples counseling. Likewise, I'm honored to help individuals heal from experiences that have created blocks to their personal fulfillment.

I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, individuals and families (EFT/EFIT/EFFT), pre-marital counseling, post affair recovery, trauma & abuse recovery, grief & loss recovery, addressing current & past family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, deep inner healing, personal boundaries and faith based care (when requested).

I understand that reaching out for professional counseling can be scary and intimidating - but it is the first courageous step toward healing and positive change. I strive to make each step of the process feel as safe and open as possible. My goal is to treat everyone with respect and not to blame or shame - but to understand how we got here.

Sometimes couples relationships are in crisis -- affairs discovered, repeated violations of trust, struggles to adjust to major life changes (moves, birth of a child, adoptions, grief or loss, etc), and they need more support than a typical one-hour counseling session can provide. Couples intensive sessions allow us to tailor sessions to your needs and work together until we have established stability in the relationship.
