Created for Connection
Created for Connection is a Christian-based workshop for couples wanting to improve their relationship. Using the foundations of Emotionally Focused Therapy and the tenants of the Christian faith, I help couples understand their repetitive patterns of conflict and the strengths of their bond. Then we work to shift those patterns and establish new ways of being together that invite closeness and safety.
Couples Intensive Session
Sometimes couples relationships are in crisis -- affairs discovered, repeated violations of trust, struggles to adjust to major life changes (moves, birth of a child, adoptions, grief or loss, etc), and they need more support than a typical one-hour counseling session can provide. Couples intensive sessions allow us to tailor sessions to your needs and work together until we have established stability in the relationship.
