I have been fortunate to work in a career that involves passion and commitment to supporting others in a path of personal growth and healing.
My main modalities involve the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths based approaches and ACT. In addition, I have recently been able to have my dog I adopted for the purpose of providing animal assisted therapy certified through the Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Sunny is available to join sessions! I do have some evening/early morning availability.
