About
I believe there are many people who suffer silently. It can be difficult to reach out for help, especially when feeling alone, vulnerable, misunderstood, or hopeless. I often work with adults who have been struggling with their sense of self, though they appear "okay" to others. Many of my clients have recent or past unresolved trauma and/or childhood issues that have never been fully resolved.
As a trauma specialist, I have advanced training in trauma. I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist. I integrate Somatic Therapy, Poly-vagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Ego-States/Parts work, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, & Hypnotherapy to help meet your individualized treatment needs. I am licensed in both GA & SC.
I provide a relaxed, non-judgmental space. I strive for clients to feel comfortable in our therapeutic relationship, knowing this can translate to having other healthier relationships in your life. You will learn tools that you can use in your daily life & begin to see changes within yourself.
