I work with individuals who’ve faced emotional pain, relational wounds, or persistent stress that’s affected how they feel, relate, or make sense of the world.
Together, we’ll build the tools to manage current challenges and gently work through what maybe unresolved from the past. Our work will be collaborative and paced with care always honoring your readiness, boundaries, and strengths.
My approach blends body-based modalities with psychodynamic therapy that help us understand not just what happened, but how it’s lived in the body and nervous system. I’m certified in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) all evidence based methods that support trauma recovery and nervous system healing.
Many of the people I work with struggle with self-worth, relationships, or feeling safe in their own body or choices. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered to reconnect with your authentic self at a pace that feels right for you.
