Healing and moving toward well-being can sometimes feel like a long and difficult journey. I’ve been fortunate to work with and support many individuals through this process, and I’m always grateful for the opportunity to join them on their path. By developing skills to cope with current challenges and working through past distressing or traumatic experiences, we can collaborate to create movement toward healing and well-being.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending psychodynamic and somatic techniques. I am certified in both EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), and am a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) Facilitator.
I especially enjoy working with individuals who have faced stressful, distressing, or traumatic experiences. These challenges can sometimes make it difficult to maintain fulfilling relationships, make decisions, or struggle with self-worth. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and supported in being your authentic self.
