I work with individuals wanting to process trauma and find lasting relief, couples needing to reconnect and stop having the same fight on repeat, and athletes wanting to overcome performance anxiety. Unresolved pain shows up in sneaky ways: persistent anxiety, rumination, defensiveness, feeling constantly on edge. For couples, repeated moments of feeling disconnected or unheard can wear you down, and even when you both deeply want to be close, it gets hard to keep trying. With athletes, getting stuck in your head leaves no room for confidence or growth. Together, we can work toward healing, connection, and performance you can trust.

My approach focuses on getting to the root cause for deep relief by using EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-focused care, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help individuals and couples process difficult experiences, build capacity to strengthen the bond in relationships, and overcome mental blocks keeping your performance stuck.
