Clients of mine often find themselves seeking increased independence and responsibility as they move toward adulthood. During this transition, my role is to offer tools, help identify strengths and challenges, and meet you where you are as you grow and develop. I’m here to support you as you navigate family, school and social life.

With training in multiple counseling approaches, and community support experience, I offer youth many tools and approaches to support their mental health. Along with cognitive-behavioral, motivational and solution-focused approaches, youth may be able to work with me in the community. This approach provides opportunities to engage in preferential activities.
Oftentimes, starting the conversation is the hardest part of beginning your mental health journey. I offer several options for communication so if you are interested in getting started, reach out and let me do the rest. I’m currently accepting clients who are insured through Medicaid under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist.
