I offer in-person and virtual therapy, Monday - Friday from 7am to 3pm, to help you prioritize your mental health without rearranging your life.
Many of the folks I work with are navigating complex PTSD, PTSD, anxiety, panic, or emotional dysregulation. I’ve lived it, I’ve done the work, and I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the room.
