Life is not what you want it to be, you’re trying to make sense of it, your past won’t leave you alone, you’re asking yourself “Is this God’s plan for my life?”, “Now what?”, “Is this all there is?” If you feel stuck, discouraged, anxious, frustrated, or confused about your relationships, health, career, goals, faith, or purpose know that you are not alone. We have all been in this place at some point. We will sort through the puzzle pieces that have been dumped out. We can then look at the image on the box together and start putting them in place to make sense of the messy pile and begin revealing an unexpectedly beautiful picture.

EMDR counseling is more than just lowering distress of past traumas, but a chance to put the picture together into a coherent narrative where your story becomes historical and makes sense (as painful as it may be). Then you can reassess where you are today and begin to move forward in freedom to pursue the life and dream of a more healthy and hopeful future.

I will facilitate a shame-free, supportive, exploratory, kind, and compassionate space allowing you to mourn, repair, plan, improve, and grow in mind, body, and spirit on your path toward shalom.
