I am very fortunate to have practiced as a psychotherapist for forty years, providing treatment to clients ranging from young adults to older adults. Depending on clients' needs, I provide brief-term counseling and longer-term treatment. I employ a variety of approaches in my counseling, including: Narrative, Cognitive-Behavioral, Relational, and Mediation therapies.
My areas of specialization include the treatment of anxiety and depression, substance abuse and eating disorders, and couples/family problems. I was an affiliate faculty member in the clinical psychology department at Antioch University New England (2009-2025) and continue to work with an Antioch-based research collaborative.
