Clients and myself are on a journey, to explore and notice the things that bubble up, the things that stay stuck beneath, the parts of themselves that enter the therapy room: the grieving parts, the sad and scared parts, the joyful ones. I work with clients who are seeking for meaning and understanding in their responses to the relationships in their lives: those with family, with partners, with spirituality, with creativity, with work and life's purpose, and beyond.
In addition to therapy with adults, I work with adolescents, teens, and young adults who are seeking greater understanding of their identities, and in how to navigate an incredibly challenging social and cultural landscape. I offer family therapy to help bridge gaps in communication, understanding, and empathy; and to shift challenging dynamics at home.
I also have training in the integration of altered states of consciousness, from substance/medicine-induced experiences to major mental health challenges.
