My work centers on supporting men and women through anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity exploration. I help my clients heal, growth, and unpacking the trauma that often goes unaddressed. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, along with mindfulness based practices to support emotional regulation and self-awareness.
