Rooted Together: A Processing space for Black Men
This group offers a supportive space for Black men to slow down, reflect, and connect with others who understand their lived experiences. Many Black men carry stress from work, burnout, family responsibilities, and systemic pressures without space to process it openly. This group is designed to provide that space. Together, we’ll explore stress, identity and masculinity, vulnerability, emotional well-being, and self-care beyond survival. Through guided discussion and peer support, members will build emotional awareness, strengthen communication, and develop tools for navigating life’s challenges while fostering deeper connection with themselves and others.
