I provide telehealth therapy to individuals aged 18+ on a variety of issues. I have a passion for working with people that experience anxiety, trauma, and phase of life issues (i.e. retirement, divorce, graduation, etc.).
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which allows clients to take a distressing event and reduce or eliminate disturbing feelings associated with that event. EMDR is easily integrated into other approaches which allows me to customize treatment based upon each person’s needs.
