Using mindfulness-based interventions, my emphasis is on empowering you to make the changes necessary to create a healthier balance in life.I have vast experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship issues, family conflict and those professional/academic dilemmas that accompany life's transitions.
I offer Mindfulness training to children, adolescents, parents, athletes & coaches, educators & health professionals in order to increase focus, and performance as well as improve the relationships in their lives.
