Accepting new clients! I provide a safe, confidential space for individuals, couples, and families navigating stress and life transitions such as finishing school and starting college. Challenges at work, school, or home can impact overall happiness—and you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we will piece together your needs and your child’s needs to create a clear plan for success. With over 20 years as an educator and therapist in schools, I specialize in connecting with teens, and young adults and offering practical skills you can use right away to help your family thrive.
Using mindfulness-based interventions, my focus is on empowering you to make meaningful changes that support a healthier balance in your life. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship challenges, family conflict, and the academic or professional stressors that often accompany major life transitions.
I offer Mindfulness training to children, adolescents, parents, athletes & coaches, educators & health professionals in order to increase focus, and performance as well as improve the relationships in their lives. I am bilingual, offering all services in English and Spanish. I am committed to a culturally responsive treatment for all my clients.
