About
I am a Blue Cross Blue Shield provider. Are you scared to be honest about your feelings or desires? Do you want to feel a deeper connection to the important people in your life? I collaborate with clients who desire to identify and remove obstacles blocking their communication, connectedness and honesty. I am committed to helping you communicate with clarity and compassion in an environment where you can safely work to strengthen your own tools to repair and heal your relationships. I commonly work with clients dealing with: infidelity, trust, communication breakdowns, blending families, parenting, sex, and intimacy.
I also delight in working with women around issues of identity, anxiety, depression, shame, and grief. The most powerful lesson I've learned through counseling and being counseled is that vulnerability is a gift! A vulnerable person who doesn't pretend to have it all together- sets people free from isolation and shame.
By shining light on your own brokenness, you empower others to come out of hiding. My hope is that my clients will believe it is worth the risk to be witnessed and known and that because of their willingness to be open- others in their life will also be impacted!
