I have been practicing for 18 years, and have a very strong expertise in relationships (couples therapy, relationship conflict, infidelity, divorce, dating). I also specialize in addictions and working with high-achieving individuals. My approach involves helping clients develop insight about why they are finding themselves "stuck," while also teaching useful skills that facilitate behavior change; both are crucial for lasting change to occur. Insight provides understanding and self-compassion. Skills help us function better in our day-to-day lives.
