My practice is a psycho-spiritual one and reflects my passion: helping families flourish by creating happy, well-balanaced marriages, families, children, and adolescents. This includes blended families who have suffered loss or divorce. Having worked closely with courts for many years, I also provide forensic evaluations regarding custody and visitation issues, mediation, and post divorce management of child issues.
Trained as both a neuropsychologist and psychoanalyst, I employ both sets of skills in helping families, evaluating children and adolescents and providing individual and marital therapy or family counseling. No matter how acrimonious the divorce, a post divorce relationship involves learning to work together for the children's sake.
My work is wholistic and I teach guided meditation as well as use hypnotherapy for the treatment of anxiety, stress, phobias, and habit cessation. I also use these techniques for pain management.
