I specialize in working with women who have experienced sexual trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD, emotional and physical abuse. In my work with the traumatized body we go gently and slowly into finding wholeness again and reclaim pleasure.
Living life without joy either in life experiences or intimately is similar to living only half of a life. It's time to help your nervous system and body find it's way into joy and connection. Embodiment is profoundly helpful in awakening aspects of ourselves that we may have never know or want to reclaim again.
