I work with adults and teens individually and with people in relationships experiencing any and all of the following: Coming-out, gender identity, gender expression, and other issues faced by the LGBTQIA2-S community. Individuals and people in relationships who are experiencing challenges with emotional and physical intimacy and/or sexuality. Adult survivors of chaotic childhoods and/or adult survivors of emotionally immature parents. People experiencing challenges with their self-esteem, confidence, and other internal conflicts.
A beloved teacher of mine once told me that our goal in life is to become increasingly better at being at odds with ourselves, and I felt that to be true deep down. I believe that through a greater awareness and acceptance of, and connection with, the person you really are life, and everything in it, can be gorgeous, fulfilling, and joyful.
I bring all of my experiences as a human and my training as a clinician and a coach to show-up in my authenticity, genuineness, and truth and to approach my work and my clinical practice in a person-respectful, trauma-informed, sex-positive, culturally-humble way.
