This can be accomplished through a counseling relationship that (1) is genuine and real (2) enables you to experience acceptance and care, and (3) helps you to feel understood.
General objectives for you would be that you can identify your goals for the counseling relationship, develop a plan of action, and then implement that plan. This is a very personal process that is educational, developmental and transformational by nature.
