Hi there! I’m DD Love. I am an LMFT (licensed marriage and family therapist) who practices relational and individual therapy from a systemic lens. Systemic minded therapy understands that we are the product of our surroundings and we also have impact on our surroundings. As a person with ADHD myself, I really enjoy connecting with other neurodivergent people. I understand that all diagnoses aren’t just about how the world wants us to be, they also need a great deal of compassion, support, and resources to manage well. As an ADHD clinical services provider, I can help you figure out how to work with your brain, not against it.

I really enjoy working with IFS (internal family systems) or parts work because it allows individuals to have compassion for the parts of themselves still healing. IFS works beautifully in relational therapy, as it allows us to work through the trauma behind our emotional reactions in conflicts and continue improving connection at the same time.

I am deeply passionate and committed to serving the LGBTQ+ community. It has been my great pleasure to work with gender and sexually diverse individuals and partnerships.
